The incredible expanding American portion

A growing number of Americans are overweight because of the increasing portion sizes of food they eat. Bagels used to weigh two or three ounces and 150 calories, but are now at six ounces and 400 to 500 calories. Growing serving sizes have made people forget how much their bodies actually need.

Hate vegetables?

Vegetables are one of the most nutritious food groups that are avoided by a lot of people, especially children. This unfounded eating habit can be corrected by mixing them with the more tasty foods and serving them in a more visually-appealing manner.
