Hand aid: even aerobics can cause hand injuries

Article Abstract:

Hand injuries are common in sports, even in the hand-clapping and finger-snapping activities of aerobic exercises. An X-ray should be taken if there is a suspicion of a broken bone. The standard treatment for hand injuries consists of rest, ice, compression and elevation.
