The scary truth about plastic surgery TV

Article Abstract:

A brief comparison between the televised plastic surgeries and real surgeries thus representing the true picture behind the cosmetic procedures are presented. Psychologists argue that though plastic surgery shows assure that these surgeries are always positive, patients hoping to change who they are through surgery would be disappointed.

Honesty in a relationship involves telling the truth, but recognizing when the other person is not ready to hear it. Honesty is most possible in relationships characterized by companionship rather than competition, tenderness rather than brutality and love rather than power.

Stretching: the truth; researchers are questioning whether the benefits of flexibility training may be overstated

Article Abstract:

Some rumors about flexibility training are revealed. Although 65% of women stretch before working out, it turns out that stretching does not prevent injury and does not help one work out harder. One good thing about stretching is that it helps keep the body young.
