The shape-up plan

The variety of terrain and environmental conditions is more rewarding for body and mind than a typical gym routine so make shape-up plan as per your convenience two or three times a week to strengthen legs, glutes, shoulders and abs, outdoor workouts like squat twist, weighted twist, pike push-ups, single-leg, squat with reach, balancing side bend lunge with shoulder raise are just as discovering a whole new way of getting lean, firm and strong.
