Women have come a long way in sports, says softball Hall of Famer Donna Lupiano, but discrimination still exists no matter how toned down. On the other hand, there's no such thing as being too old or untalented to get into sports according to 1967 Boston Marathon pioneer Kathrine Switzer.

Actress Hale Berry has been asked to try three diiferent exercises that include Steve Ross' Ashtanga yoga, Debbie Rocker's spinning class and Mari Winsor's Pilates training. Of the three, Berry likes the Pilates training the most and plans to continue doing the exercise.
