Too hot to trot?

Article Abstract:

Runners must be able to integrate interval training and speed work to their daily regimen in order to prevent the adverse health effects of overexposure to the sun. Sunstrokes may also be avoided by taking in adequate amount of water and wearing light-colored and sweat-absorbent fabrics.
