Abdominals are high-endurance muscles that can be exercised frequently, said trainer Mia Finnegan. Like other muscles in the body, working the abdominals requires stretching them. While performing the abdominal exercises, fingers should only touch behind the head instead of interlacing to avoid neck strain.

Hope chest
