Article Abstract:

Many a times it is seen, women especially, that one is just not able to get the right words to say to a friend without hurting him or her or for that matter one of the most difficult things to do is to break some bad news to a friend or acquaintance. Different ways by which one can make tough words seem pleasing to the ears are suggested and also featured are ways by which one can ask someone to do a favor or how one can, sincerely, say sorry.
