Article Abstract:

Trans fatty acids (TFAs) are produced when unsaturated liquid fats are turned into solids by a process called hydrogenation. New research indicates that TFAs may be just as bad, if not worse than saturated fats. Tips on how to reduce both TFAs and other dietary fats are given.

Women who lose weight and keep it off have committed to changing their behavior and do not follow fad diets. To change behavior it is suggested that there be no distinction between dieting and day-to-day life. A sample day's menu for weight loss is given.
