Triceps training: work this neglected muscle for an even upper body

Article Abstract:

The triceps muscles are often comparatively weak, even though they have numerous functions both in sports and everyday life. The triceps dip workout helps exercise the triceps, as well as the elbow extensors. Work on shoulder and wrist flexibility may be needed before attempting the exercise.
