Urinary incontinence

Article Abstract:

Urinary incontinence is a gall bladder disorder that usually occurs in women between the ages of 30 and 50. It is caused by a weak urethra which is damaged either by childbirth or aging. To avoid further complications, women who are afflicted with this disorder should seek medical treatment immediately.

Sleeping on your side is a good position to prevent a sore back or neck. Mattresses should be firm enough to support the back while pillows must allow the alignment of the neck, head, shoulders and spine.
