Would you eat a tofu hot dog?

Article Abstract:

A group of tasters tried 'lite' low-fat hot dog products, and one made of tofu, called Not Dogs. The taste of the lite products was better than that of regular hot dogs. However, the tofu dog left tasters reluctant to try more. A nutritional chart for meat and non-meat hotdogs is provided.

Don't forget fiber: it fills you up and keeps your system clean

Article Abstract:

Insoluble and soluble fibers prevent constipation and heart diseases. They cleanse the system and scrape off excess bile acids and cholesterol, respectively. Fibers also reduce weight as they easily satisfy appetite thereby lessening calorie intake.
