Walking routine is challenging and body changing. At park or on a trail, a total-body strength workout can be done, treadmill-based workout burns fat and blast calories, a 14-day walking plan can be scheduled to loss weight, at all possible short durations walking is good, having a workout at lunch hour are very helpful in reducing maximum weight.
