Twin set: Carrying multiples is a very different pregnancy than carrying just one baby

Article Abstract:

Parenting multiple babies could bring unique joy, but carrying them also means distinct health risks for both the mother and the babies. Eating the right food, gaining weight early, slowing down the volume of exercise and visiting the care provider on a regular basis would ensure that multiple babies are born healthy.

Pregnant women are at a higher risk to become sick from food-borne bacteria, some of which could hurt the unborn baby. Some ways to keep the diet safe and healthy are given that could help to prevent these illnesses.
