What made you decide to work or stay home?

Article Abstract:

Women with infants or small children reveal why they either stay home with their kids or are working mothers. Some of the working mothers feel their careers give them self-esteem, while others work out of financial necessity. Many of the home mothers are fulfilled by caring for their children.
