The introduction of fruit beers in the market is likely to increase consumption, particularly among women who prefer a touch of sweetness instead of the bitter aftertaste inherent in traditional beers. A list of some fruit beers and their manufacturers is presented.

Low-fat chocolate!

Article Abstract:

Candymakers have discovered three different strategies to decrease the fat content of chocolate candies. SnackWell, for instance, have introduced a lab-created fat called salatrim to replace more than 90% of the cocoa butter.
