When work wears you out

Article Abstract:

Many of the best employees are usually the first ones to experience burnout. Burnout occurs when an employee, after working very hard for several years, feel that there is nothing more to look forward to and develops unproductive work habits. It has been believed that several factors contribute to burnout, namely, genetic predisposition, environment, experience, industry type, management and even lifestyle choices. To overcome burnout, an employee must always take some time out to break the weekday routine or just unwind.
