Job dissatisfaction is among the main reasons for stress. People should assess whether their jobs are keeping them interested and whether they permit them to cultivate meaningful relationships. People who find that their jobs are not fitted for them should consider moving on to new opportunities.

When stress makes you fat

Stress negatively affects several parts of the human body. Chronic stress increases appetite and causes more insulin production, which leads to greater fat storage and weight gain. This condition also reduces the immune system and predisposes women to breast cancer.
