Winter wipe-out land: an injury-prevention primer

Article Abstract:

More than 150,000 injuries reported in 1995 were sustained from winter activities. Fortunately, the most common winter-sport injuries can be prevented. Tips for avoiding broken wrists, anterior cruciate ligament tears and hypothermia are described.
