Working while expecting; ways to stay healthy, energetic and comfortable on the job

Pregnant women often suffer from exhaustion, swollen feet, backaches and morning sickness. They should take breaks more often, eat a well-balanced diet, not stand for long periods of time and sit in a comfortable chair. Ways to relieve other physical problems that can accompany pregnancy are described.
