An exercise scientist has developed some super moves to get great abs, which are tested in a lab and are proven to work. Long torso hold, diagonal cancan, the Jeannie, T balance on ball, treadmill with cross extension, pretzel curl and lat pull with lift are the seven moves that targets the entire perimeter of the midsection, especially the inner layer, to get a smaller waist.
