The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 guarantees the continued access of workers to health insurance regardless of their present and future health status. The new law, which will take effect on Jul, 1, 1997, is seen as a significant step in health care reform.

The two estrogens: eat your cruciferous veggies to boost the good kind

Article Abstract:

Women usually produce two metabolites of estrogen: C-2 and C-16. Women can produce more of C-2, which is considered as the good metabolite, by exercising and eating cruciferous vegetables such as cauliflower, broccoli, kale, brussels sprouts, rutabaga, cabbage and turnips.
