oI Lost Weight on a Fast-Food Dieto

Article Abstract:

Risk of diabetes is more in people who relay on fast foods almost through out the week. As per a survey, all fast foods are not harmful, when taken rarely. Intake of 1500 calories leads to a lose of 1 to 2 pounds of weight a week. A systematic plan in taking required nutrients helps one to be technically healthier in weight.

Morgan Spurlock, a 33-year-old filmmaker from New York City questioned himself whether a man can live on McDonald's food alone. He experimented by having McDonald's food for 30 days with a regular consultation and observation by the nutritionist and three doctors, a liver-specialist, a cardiologist and an internalist.
