Article Abstract:

There are many products on the market that claim to be fat burners, but many are not approved by the Food and Drug administration, and many are stretching the true of their claims on the label. These supplements have not been around long enough to have produce conclusive data on their effectiveness and potential long-term health problems. Several of these supplements are analyzed for what they claim to provide.

Good news about knees

Article Abstract:

New methods of knee surgery include the Swedish Technique, which uses transplanted cells to repair damaged cartilage. Doctors in the US are grafting a mixture of cartilage and bone to regenerate knee cartilage. Another new technique uses replacement ligaments to repair ligament tears.

One woman's liberation

A woman who had trouble participating in sports because of her large breasts describes how she eventually came to the decision to have breast reduction surgery. She says the decision was not motivated by vanity, but rather by a desire to feel comfortable with her body.
