Article Abstract:

The complex molecular structures possessed by many drugs isolated from microorganisms make it difficult for chemists to modify them. Scientists show that sugars can be enzymatically harvested from natural products and readily swapped between molecular scaffolds at will thus providing a short cut to drug variants.

Many medicines that are prescribed for children have had adverse effects on them as pharmaceutical companies had suppressed actual research reports. Thus, doctors and parents suggest that pharmaceutical companies must make all data on clinical trials public.
