Article Abstract:

The authors discuss immune response to microbes which involves signalling cascade. They report that though the first cascade cannot control anti-pathogen warfare, the second cascade which involves an adaptor protein is capable of controlling anti-pathogen warfare.

Taking dendritic cells into medicine

Article Abstract:

The medical implications of dendritic cells (DC) biology that has accounted for the illness are discussed. DCs are found to be useful in disease development and are unavoidable target in the design of treatments.

Phagocyte-derived catecholamines enhance acute inflammatory injury

Article Abstract:

The ability of the phagocytes to effectively produce catecholamines is examined. The findings show that the catecholamines derived from phagocytes helps in enhancing the acute inflammatory injury in humans.
