Caught between a trap and a lawsuit

Article Abstract:

Animal rights groups are on both sides of a lawsuit challenging California Prop 4, a ballot initiative banning some wildlife traps and poisons. The Audubon Society and the California Waterfowl Assn object to provisions allowing federal officials to use traps to protect endangered species.

San Francisco considers fur ban
