Further accusations rock Japanese RNA laboratory

Article Abstract:

The committee that carried out an year-long inquiry into a high possibility fraud that was involved in a series of RNA studies from the laboratory of biochemist Kazunari Taira, claimed that a researcher on Taira's team might have faked data for the investigators, hoping to convince them that the results were reproducible, as the papers in question had no reproducibility and no credibility. The raw data submitted to the committee were fake as per Yoichiro Matsumoto, chair of the committee.
