Article Abstract:

There is no national environmental policy for agriculture, which affects 700 million acres and is the largest source of water pollution in the United States. Even, the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) has not fulfilled the promise, which intended to develop a systemic, unified, and long-term approach that would use all practicable means and measures to create and maintain conditions under which man, and nature would exist in productive harmony in the United States.
