Resort villas

Article Abstract:

The tiny Caribbean island of Nevis is home to the Nevis Four Seasons, a joint venture between Four Seasons Regent Hotels and Resorts and French land developer Lyonnaise des Eaux-Dumez. Four Seasons/Dumez plans to sprinkle the resort grounds with private homes as part of its master plan. Once completed, the eight-year project will comprise the hotel, 150 villas and a golf course amid a spray of flowers, vines, trees and shrubs. Four Seasons/Dumez wants the general image and quality of the villas to coincide with the guest experience offered by the hotel.
