Comparing scat detection dogs, cameras, and hair snares for surveying carnivores

Article Abstract:

Scat detection dogs, cameras, and hair snares were compared for surveying carnivores. Results suggested that detection dogs should be used especially when detectability and minimal bias are priorities.
