Partitioning of oxygen during core formation on the Earth and Mars

Article Abstract:

The differences between the compositions of the mantles of the Earth and Mars are examined. These differences are a result of the increasing solubility of oxygen in liquid iron-alloy due to increasing temperature.

Ancient oceans and oxygen

Article Abstract:

The oxygen level related to oceans is examined. The oxygenation for the oceans is the sulphate, which is a crucial indicator, since oxygen controls the sulphur concentrations.
