Article Abstract:
Companies that set up World Wide Web sites are vulnerable to satire, theft of symbols or graphics and other problems. Firms with registered trademarks or domain names are in a better position to guard against online incursions. Companies such as MicroPatent, Datalytics Inc., Maximized Software Inc. and APDI Inc. offer help in protecting intellectual property on the Web. Content theft threatens the credibility of online information, says APDI Pres Mark Burnett.

Coming to TERMs
Article Abstract:
Technology-enabled relationship management (TERM) enables companies to use captured client transaction data to increase customer service efficiency.
