Article Abstract:

Architect, Michael Graves observed that architecture is not about style, but the continuity of what a window or door is as he redesigns Vienna's newspaper Die Presse. He along with Michael Fleischhacker, editor in charge of the total process and Helge Schalk, art director were confronted by the city's musical, artistic and intellectual achievements and multilayered Viennese tradition that resists change, but also invites innovation.
