Article Abstract:

Bausman-Gill Assoc designed the 22,000-sq ft office space of Warner Bros Records on two floors of the Rockefeller Center. Bausman-Gill was able to integrate the various private offices on one floor with a public space on the other floor through a translucent screen wall that serves as a backdrop for a suspended staircase. The public space on one floor and the video-viewing room have deep aubergine contrasting with the wood panels.

Article Abstract:

Architectural firm Gertler and Wente decided to share office space with other design firms to avail of a large office space and to benefit from the purchasing capabilities typically enjoyed by large firms. The company found such a space in New York, NY which is being leased by Trinity Real Estate. The JARD group was formed as an entity that sublets the space to independent architects and small design companies.
