Consulting firm
Article Abstract:
Interior decoration firm Holey Assoc. successfully designed flexible workspaces for the growing management consultancy Axiom Business Consulting in San Francisco, CA. Holey renovated the lower half of a four-story, concrete-frame loft building to house both the headquarters operation and the Bay Area staff of Axiom. Bausch & Lomb world headquarters
Article Abstract:
Flexibility and teamwork were the keys to the successful design of the new building of Bausch and Lomb in Rochester, NY, while the optical products company was in the midst of a restructuring. The design of Fox and Fowle Architects for the new 260,000-sq.-ft. tower integrates the three divisions of the company which were previously located in different buildings. The architectural firm continued to hire Martha Burns as consulting design director even though she left Fox and Fowle in the middle of the project to form her own firm, the Studio of Martha Burns.
