Retreat house
Article Abstract:
The Fetzer Institute's retreat house in Kalamazoo, MI, is neither businesslike nor too rustic. The structure's interiors combine the textures of ledgerock, natural wood and copper. One part of the breezeway off the main path is the primary meeting room while a two-level space featuring a dining balcony overlooking an informal living room can be found on the other side of the breezeway.
