Small paper, big design

Article Abstract:

Jacksonville Journal-courier is the oldest continuously published paper, which is quite popular in west central Illinois. This was designed by Steve Copper, Guido Strotheide and Larry Rowe, and has succeeded in meeting the quality standards on a consistent basis by making the best of limited resources.
