Article Abstract:
China differs from other developing countries by having a space program that spans the full range of capabilities from satellite design to launch services, as China builds satellites on its own, and is involved in international commercial and scientific collaboration with Europe, Russia and Brazil. The People's Republic of China has a robust commercial satellite and is notable for the movements of personnel and technology between the civilian and military sector.

Article Abstract:
The Pentagon suggested in 2003 that China might be developing a "parasite microsatellite" a small satellite weighing less than 100 kilograms, that would secretly attach to an American satellite and destroy it on command.
