Shuttle schedule in disarray
Article Abstract:
NASA's space shuttle launch schedule has become chaotic because of a variety of problems including malfunctioning instruments and continued space program delays in Russia. Although the earliest shuttle launch will be launched on May 1999, it is not known which mission will fly on this date.

1995: a big year for the space shuttle
Article Abstract:
Space shuttles Endeavour and Discovery will be launched several times in 1995 to carry satellites and telescopes into orbit. There will be eight missions bringing the total number of shuttle flights to 74. A schedule of launch dates is provided.

Shuttle's summer successes

NASA successfully launched its Discovery and Atlantis space shuttles during the summer of 1995. The space shuttle Atlantis, which was launched on Jun. 27, 1995, carried two cosmonauts and docked with the Russian Mir space station.
