CPA mentor: program goes abroad
Article Abstract:
The mentor program developed around eight identified fields of work of the profession ensures that all associates gain the same skills and knowledge during the first three years of employment. Throughout the program the enrollee must collect documentary evidence of their experience and exposure to competencies in their chosen fields of work.
