Article Abstract:

Information about the growth of portfolio administration service or master fund/wrap account that has become one of the biggest drivers of the funds management and financial advice industries in recent times is presented. A history of master funds and wrap accounts which have captured 70 percent of the retail funds inflow with some services already being bundled with some sort of financial planning tool is also highlighted.
