Dismissal for email policy breach
Article Abstract:
The decision of the Australian Industrial Relations Commission in a case on workplace relations and conduct is presented. The case relates to exchange of sexually explicit emails which were against the company's policies. The commission decided that the employment termination was appropriate in the situation.
