Combining evidence of natural selection with association analysis increases power to detect malaria- resistance variants
Article Abstract:
The article describes a case 'control association study of malaria resistance. Results demonstrated that combining association analysis with evidence of natural selection could increase power to detect risk variants by order of magnitude.
