Detection of staphylococcal enterotoxin B via biomolecular interaction analysis mass spectrometry
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on Staphylococcus enetrotoxin B. The authors describe the detection of this enetrotoxin carried out via the use of biomolecular interaction analysis mass spectrometry, and discuss the experiments performed with the standard food samles.
