Natural communities of Achromatium oxaliferum comprise genetically, morphologically, and ecologically distinct subpopulations

Article Abstract:

Research is conducted on the cloning and sequencing of 16S rRNA genes to investigate genetic diversity of Achromatium oxaliferum freshwater community. Experiments demonstrate that wholecell hybridization of oligonucleotide probes determines the structure of A. oxaliferum subpopulation.

Effects of glucosinolates and flavonoids on colonization of the roots of Brassica napus by Azorhizobium caulinodans ORS571

Article Abstract:

Research has been conducted on the lateral root crack colonization by Azorhizobium caulinodans. The concentration of the glucosinolates in the plant roots by high-pressure liquid chromatography has been investigated.
