Single-leaf resolution of the temporal population dynamics of Aureobasidium pullulans on apple leaves
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on microbial population densities of apple leaves. The authors have monitored the changes in these densities via the use of semidestructive approach, and report that the use of this technique to track Aureobasidium pullulans densities on leaves has revealed that the rank order of A. pullulans densities remains the same.

Characterization of the first molluscicidal lipopolysaccharide from Moraxella osloensis
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on lipopolysaccharide from bacterium Moraxella osloensis. The authors report that this lipopolysaccharide possesses lethal toxicity to slug Deroceras reticulatum when administered by injection, and that lipopolysaccharide toxicity resides in lipid A moiety.
