Managing customer relations effectively is as challenging to any industry involved in direct customer interaction as it is to the Banking industry. Advertising agencies have increased their profit margins as banks in Australia are in tug of war situation with each other trying to vie their customers with the 'unique' services that they provide. An evaluation of the ad campaigns run by these banks is presented.

A review of the issues that have caused the first half sales of Australian retailer, Myer's dip, are presented. The two most obvious reasons are its poor customer service standards and its low level of customer loyalty. At this backdrop, tips have been provided for managing customer loyalty.
