'Being the change' for climate change leadership
Article Abstract:
The challenges of leading to act on climate change are examined. An effective leader is someone who can manage the tension surrounding the issue of climate change. A workshop exercise on the congruence of an individual's impacts on the environment and his/her potential role as a leader in fighting climate change is presented.
