Bias and backwardation in natural gas futures prices
Article Abstract:
An analysis of the fair-game efficient markets postulate for the natural gas futures prices for the period from 1990 through 2003 is presented. It dispels some of the commonly held views on the natural gas future sales and future spot prices. The reason for this bias is analyzed.
